Channel Sales/Business Development
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for proactively managing POS-X’s dealer network. A thorough understanding of point-of-sale is required. Full time position (M-F).
JOB DUTIES:
• Manage approximately 250-300 dealer/customer accounts
• Establish account goals and develop business strategies
• Populate CRM system with account information
• Maintain outside sales force relationships (distribution channel and dealers)
• Work closely with all internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Proven record of providing outstanding customer service
• Personable telephone voice
• Intermediate knowledge of computer technology (advanced knowledge a plus)
• Aptitude to negotiate and create business relationships via telephone
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• 1+ years B2B sales experience preferred
• 2 or 4 year degree preferred
