Customer Support Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position requires a high level of computer-related troubleshooting skills as well as personable telephone skills. Variable schedules from 30 to 40 hours a week (M-F).

JOB DUTIES:
• Provide telephone and email technical support to end users and dealers
• Moderate and contribute to online chat and support forums
• Perform hands-on product troubleshooting and repair

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Thorough knowledge of PC components, WinXP, networking, and an ability to troubleshoot issues
• High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and learn on the fly
• Personable phone skills and a history of customer service
• 2 or 4 year degree preferred
