I am using the EVO Thermal Printer and I have 2 XC16HD Cash Drawers.
I am also using the AmigoPOS Software and I can't get both cash drawers to work. Do I need to change something on the printer?

Brian,
There should not be anything that you would need to change on the printer. What are you using to connect the 2 XC16HD's to the Printer?
