We had a customer who had an issue setting up multiple EVO and Windows 7. Some of the time, he said, print jobs can get dropped from the que. He said that changing the Print Proccesor in the Advanced Tab of the Printer Properties can eliminate this problem. The default for the EVO will be "LKTXPP". Changing it to "WinPrint" will alleviate the issue.

Please let us know if this works for you as well.

couchpotatoed; does your printer not work at all, or just within the POS software you are using?  If you could please give us a call at 800-790-8657 extension 5 we can try and assist with getting the device setup within Windows.
