XP8200U not working with Quickbooks POS 8.0 R1 Options

Hi,

  I have the XP8200U Model and have not been able to successfully get it to work with QuickBooks POS 8.0 R1. The drivers installs good and Quickbooks does recognize the COM PORT but when we do a Hardware Test and do a Test Display, it does not change on the Display Pole. We have tried turning off and on the display poles, restarting QuickBooks and it still does not work. I appreciate some help.

Unfortunately our XP8200U pole display is not compatible with QuickBooks 8 r1 and above. In our forum post here, we have the setup for version 8.0 or older, which would not include version 8 r1.
