[ 07/01/2009 ] Free 2-Day Cross-Ship Rapid Replacement Now Standard

POS-X now offers at no additional charge a 2-Day Rapid Replacement Warranty Service with every new product purchased after 7/1/2009. The new and improved warranty protects the entire product line from any manufacturer defects or failures that may occur within POS-X's standard warranty periods of three to five years, depending on the product.

With 2-Day Rapid Replacement, customers can be assured they won't be out of service for an extended period of time. Cross-shipped products will be replaced with new or comparable units and shipped back to the customer using a 2-day shipping method. For even faster service, POS-X still offers its Enhanced Overnight Rapid Replacement service available for the majority of the product line, which insures next day replacement service as well as coverage for round trip shipping.
