ScanSource POS and Barcoding, a leading international value-added distributor of point-of-sale (POS) and automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) systems and solutions, has added POS-X to its line card to distribute the company’s complete line-up of POS hardware.

POS-X has created a business model and solution set that enables resellers to address a tier of customers that heretofore have been somewhat under-serviced – the Tier Three, smaller end user. POS-X’s bundled solutions include barcode scanners, cash drawers, receipt printers, terminals, monitors, and software – manufactured largely for smaller retail and restaurant operations.
