[ 11/06/2008 ] POS-X Releases the all new XCHD Series Heavy Duty Cash Drawer

(Bellingham, WA, November 6, 2008) - POS-X, Inc., Manufacturer of a Complete Line of POS Hardware, has introduced its new Premium line of Heavy Duty Cash Drawers. The XCHD Series complements and improves upon the XC-Z Series by adding several Security, Functionality and Performance enhancements, while maintaining the flexibility and ease-of-use you’ve come to expect from POS-X.

The Heavy Duty Series is available in both 19"x16” and 16"x16” footprints, with either a painted black or stainless steel face. Security enhancements include additional metal reinforcements, screwed-in rubber feet, all new locks, and improved locking mechanism. The XCHD Series also features an OPOS-Compatible Drawer Sensor, Dual Media slots for added security, a smooth rolling till, and raised ribs in the bill slots for easy bill removal. The Cash Drawer's interchangeable interface cable plugs into the bottom of the drawer, allowing for more discrete cable management.
