[ 09/05/2009 ] POS-X awarded Best Channel Product
The POS-X XPC515 Performance TouchPC has recently been announced as a Best Channel Product according to Business Solutions Magazine's "Best Channel Products 2009" survey published in the September 2009 issue. “POS-X hardware comes with the best support I have encountered," states an anonymous reseller as quoted in the BSM survey. "As a new VAR, I found it difficult to learn everything I needed to know. The people at POS-X were more patient and helpful than any company I have ever dealt with."

Over a two month period, BSM collected nearly 20,000 votes from 2,186 unique resellers to complete their in depth survey. Resellers were asked to rate products on a scale of 0 (worst) and 5 (best). POS-X's XPC515 received high scores based on Richness of Features/Functionality, Product Reliability, Ease of Integration, and Ease of Upgrade.
