[ 01/05/2009 ] POS-X named Best Channel Vendor 2009

(Bellingham, WA, January 5th, 2009) - POS-X, Inc., manufacturer of a complete line of Point of Sale Hardware, was recently given the honor of being named a 2009 Best Channel Vendor in the POS Hardware Category. Business Solutions Magazine together with Penn State University collaborated to collect and study survey information from a variety of Resellers specializing in Point of Sale, Data Capture, and other Technologies. The result is a scientifically accurate compilation of top IT Companies as voted by Value Added Resellers, Systems Integrators, Merchant Providers, and other IT Professionals.

To make the final list of top POS Hardware companies, it was necessary to score a high composite score, made up of several factors related to overall channel performance and acumen, such as competitive pricing, reliable and friendly customer support, product reliability to just name a few. POS-X was pleased to have received some of the highest scores in the areas of Adequate Margins, Service/Support, and Channel Friendliness amongst the top manufacturers that made the final cut. These are areas of great emphasis by POS-X and we are pleased to see our hard work reflected in our scores.
