Telephone Sales Agent

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for growing our dealer network by contacting prospective dealers via outbound telesales. You will regularly prospect for, develop and close business agreements via assigned leads.  All training is provided. Variable schedules from 25 to 40 hours a week (M-F).

OUTBOUND PRODUCTIVITY:
• Execute 40 or more outbound prospecting calls daily
• Close 7 or more outbound leads per month

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Professional attitude, outgoing friendly personality, and self motivated
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Aptitude to negotiate and close business via telephone
• Intermediate knowledge of computer technology
