Director of Business Development/Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DUTIES:
- Effectively manage, inspire and grow our sales team and help them achieve their sales goals
- Track all sales, forecast future sales and identify new market opportunities
- Conduct in-person demonstrations and close high-level opportunities
- Build and manage meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong interest in a selling role with previous sales experience
- Experience leading teams with effective management techniques
- Professional attitude, outgoing friendly personality, and strong work ethic
- Solid technical aptitude, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Ability to negotiate and close business via telephone and in person
- Must possess the following attributes to be successful: driven, competitive, Type-A winning attitude, extraordinary enthusiasm, adaptable, persistent
- 4-year degree preferred and/or previous sales managerial experience
- Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week M-F
- Occasional Travel Required
