02 Nov Removing the Till from a ION-C16A/ION-C18A

If you need to remove the till here are the steps you will need to take to do so. First you will need to pull out the cash drawer as far as it will come out.
Then you will need to remove the coin tray so that the till looks like the picture below.
First you will need grab the left side with on hand and the metal part with the other. You will then at the same time push in and up so that the tab comes off.
You will follow the same steps on the other side. Once you have done that the tab will be sticking out.
You will then be able to take out the till.
Pull the drawer all the way out.
You will lift up and out and you will be able to take out the drawer.
This will allow you to take out the drawer.
