How much does this event cost?
Participation in VIP2015 is free for up to two guests. The cost for additional participants is $600 each. Guests are only responsible for travel costs and lodging.
How do I book my hotel?
Book your room in the POS-X room block to receive a nightly discount. To reserve your room, either call Semiahmoo Resort at 360.318.2000 and request a room in the POS-X block, or reserve online using Group Code “POSX”.
What do I bring?
Yourself! Also, sunscreen. Despite our reputation, the Pacific Northwest does get serious sunshine in the summer.
What is the Dress Code?
This is a casual event and Semiahmoo is a beach resort. Evenings can be a bit breezy, so be sure to pack a light jacket. Traditional golf attire (collars and sleeves) is required on the golf course, but be sure to bring swimwear and clothes for other light outdoor activities as well.

Check-In & Parking
Hotel check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at noon. Self parking is available at no charge.
Cancellation & Refunds
Please give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend the event. Any conference fees paid to POS-X will be refunded in full.
